Shea Lopez-Barela, BA, CD(DONA) Veteran, Founder and Owner of Organically You Placenta Encapsulation -Lubbock, TX Location
Shea is a Christian woman who believes in incorporating the Lord into everything she does. Shea served in the U.S. Army for 13 years. After meeting her husband and having her two boys at home, she began her birth work journey. She was inspired by her midwife and doula and knew immediately that this was the field she wanted to pursue.
She is Certified as a Placenta Encapsulator through Brilliant Birth Academy. She is also a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International and also holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree. She is passionate about equipping mothers with their own inner strength during pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum to promote empowering birth experiences. Shea was born in New Mexico, raised in Mississippi and now lives in Lubbock with her husband, Stephen, and two sons.

Stephanie Kowacz, BA, CD(DONA)- Midland Location
Stephanie is a Certified Placenta Encapsulator through Brilliant Birth Academy. She is also a birth doula trained and certified through DONA International, a Prenatal Fitness Instructor and a certified prenatal yoga instructor. She has a passion for helping women believe in everything their body can do and feel empowered doing it all while having their most ideal birthing experience from pregnancy up through delivery! Stephanie was raised in New Jersey and currently resides in Midland, with her two children. She recently achieved certification in Perinatal Mental Health and is a special support to mothers on their mental health journey.

Chrashae Wagner, CD(DONA)- Odessa, TX Location
Chrashae is a trained Placenta Encapsulator through Brilliant Birth Academy. She is a certified Birth Doula through DONA International. She had a passion for birth at a young age, and after having her own babies, realized helping mothers was what God intended for her to do! She is passionate about helping families know their options and making informed decisions so they can have THEIR best birth. Chrashae was born and raised in Odessa, Texas and remains there with her husband and three beautiful children to serve the mothers in our area. Along with her placental services, she is now offering professional birth photography services as Burst of Joy Birth Photography!
ENCAPSULATOR
Callie Caraballo, RDMS- Fort Worth, TX Location
Callie is a trained Placenta Encapsulator through Brilliant Birth Academy. She is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for 11 years and has great passion for serving families. Having four pregnancy losses herself, she views pregnancy as so miraculous and valuable. Callie has had 2 hospital births, and 2 home births and she was able to have her sister, Shea (Owner of Organically You Placenta) be her doula and her placenta encapsulator. It was through this experience she became fascinated with all things birth and the amazing work of the placenta and truly recognizes it as a gift from God. She resides in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and four beautiful children.
